1. What is the purpose of Wholesale-AarnavCraft? A. We supply to stores, retailers and direct importer's , unique handcrafted products in small, moderate to bulk quantities, at wholesale prices. Quality 2. How do you ensure product quality? A. Our products are artistic genuine handmade products, sourced directly from the craftsmen. All items displayed are original and of the highest quality available procured from craftsmen who are masters in the respective trade. Quality is maintained during procurement by handpicking the items from the well know craftsmen. Second quality test happens in our warehouse when we stock these goods. Third quality check is done before shipping the orders. So a three stage quality check ensures product quality throughout. 3. Can I get multiple items of exactly the same design? A. With AarnavCraft, you can get multiple items of similar designs. They will be similar but may not be exact replicas since they are all handmade. Unless we get orders for a large number of same item, we cannot insist the craftsmen to make multiple items of the same items. Therefore we have fixed a minimum order quantity for our buyers looking for multiple copies of same product, so as to enable the craftsmen to recover their minimum costs and effort as it is very difficult procuring replicas. Top Ordering 4. When can I place my order? A. You can place an order whenever you like at any time of your choice from anywhere in the world. Please send us an e-mail for further information. 5. Can I order by phone? A. Yes, you can. However, orders will be shipped only after receipt of payment. Do we have to pay more than the amount shown on the web catalogue? A. All prices displayed on the website are FOB prices. Shipping charges are extra as per mode of transport selected. You can always check your billing and shipping costs before making any payments. We work on no profit no loss towards shipping charges. There are no hidden costs. 10. Can you quote me a price that includes freight door to door? A. We deliver all orders door delivered basis anywhere in the world. Except for bulk orders where Sea shipments are involved, all our shipping prices are for door delivery. Even sea shipments can be door delivered at additional costs which depend upon your city and location where delivery has to be made. Top Shipping 11. Can I find items ready for shipments? A. We maintain limited inventory of all the items displayed. Samples are shipped same day. Small & Medium lots are shipped within 7-10 days max. ,depending on your order volume. However if your requirement is very high (for Wholesale Bulk) or has to be made to order, in such cases, before your order is registered, you will be promptly informed of the delivery time by email. Small & Medium lots 7-10 days , depending on the order volume. Wholesale Bulk orders items may require 30-45 days, again depending on the order volume and type of item. UPS Express delivery (+/- 3-4 working days) , UPS Expedited Air cargo (+/- 7-10 days),Sea freight for groupages (LCL's) and full containers (FCL's) (+/- 21-45 Days). For more information email us at : export (the above are based on transit times to the Europe and USA). 14. Do you make items to order? A. We do custom make products provided the order quantity is sufficient for both us and the craftsmen. 15. Who will handle our clearance through Customs? A. We will handle all the customs formalities in India. UPS will get all orders custom cleared and door deliver in your country. In case of Sea shipments you have to arrange your agents for the clearances or hire our nominated agent. 16. Can you supply GSP Certificate & Quotas? A. For UK and Europe, we will supply a GSP Certificate from India - to prove that these handicrafts are made in India and should entitle you to minimal/zero duty rates. Please consult your agent or the customs in your country for rates. Quotas for USA, wherever needed are arranged by us at our cost. 17. What about insurance? A. We cover all goods movement by insurance. However you may like to arrange your own marine cover to include in C&F (cost and freight). 18. How are goods packaged? A. We use professional packaging to pack and crate your consignment appropriately. Our packaging standards are very high in this business. 19. What if the goods are damaged in transit? A. All the goods are insured against damage in transit. We always insure the goods & goods are professionally packed and handled. 20. What do you recommend we import as a trial order? A. We recommend that you go for a mix of a variety of products according to your preference and requirement and first time purchase few samples or small lots. Subsequently when you are satisfied with the items and their quality you should take a larger quantity mix by sea cargo which will be most economical for you. 21. Where do you export? A. We have been exporting our products all over the world. The maximum number of exports have been to to the USA, Canada and Europe and South Asia. 22. What freight charges can I expect? A. Freight charges have been fixed and get calculated and displayed automatically while you are in middle of placing your order online. You can select from various modes displayed along with their freight charges before you complete your order online. Freight cost is based on weight or volume. The most expensive means of transport is the express courier service, followed by normal airfreight. The cheapest method is by sea and to send a full container and the next most economical would be to send a group age (less container load (LCL), charged per cubic meter). 23. What about custom charges? A. Custom charges, wherever applicable, are to be paid by the buyer at the destination. Some countries, require documents to prove the authenticity of various AarnavCraft products. As and when requested by the customers we send all such documents at the earliest to ensure a rapid delivery. All the AarnavCraft products are shipped on CIF (Cost Insurance Freight) basis. 24. Do you have a printed catalogue? A. We do not maintain a printed catalog. Since all our items are unique and handmade a printed catalog in our case becomes obsolete very soon as all new designs take over in small time.
